WHO IS J.C. OWENS?
BETTER KNOWN AS JESSIE OWENS, real name JAMES CLEVELAND OWENS (J-C Owens) was a Black man, one of the greatest superhero's of the 20th Century, winning an amazing 4 OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALS in the 1936 OLYMPIC GAMES BREAKING 4 WORLD RECORDS at the same time, MEANWHILE adolf hitler was trying to prove "arian superiority" expecting his blond- haired blue-eyed team to easily win, (needless to say the plan back-fired), causing the pathetic dictator to storm out of the games upset at the results.

James Cleveland Owens, born on 12 September 1913, was the seventh of eleven children in a share-cropping family (renting land in exchange for a share of the crop) in Alabama.
James had recovered from numerous attacks of pneumonia during childhood. Once the Owens family moved to Cleveland, Ohio in the north, one of the reasons for James running initially was to strengthen his lungs against the northern weather
At the East Technical high school James Owens tied the 100 yard world record and went on to Ohio State University. and on May 25 1935 at the Big 10 Championships broke five World Records and tied a sixth:
100 yards sprint in 9.4
200 yards sprint in 20.3 (surpassing the best for the shorter 200 meters as well)
Long jumped 8.13 meters
Hurdled 220 yards in 22.6
1936 Olympics gained 4 gold medals:
100 meters in 10.3 sec's
Long jumped 8.06
200 meters in 20.7
Leading 4 × 400 meters 39.8 (another World record)
James turned professional after the 1936 Olympics and later retired at the age of 23. He went on to use his reputation to help his people, such as being the national director of Physical Education for African-Americans with the Offices of Civilian Defense (1940-42). Jesse Owens died in 1980.
