BE AWARE!                

Natural law is JAH's law.  Be it physics, chem(Eygpt)istry, biology, cosmology...etc, JAH made all these things as He wanted, ENOCH tells of these things.

Positive + Positive = Positive

Positive + negative = positive

Negative + negative = negative

Self awareness

Everything we do should be done for JAH and nothing else!

Spirituality

Talk to JAH, make time EVERY DAY, if not more.  This is essential communications for life.  Keep reading, feeding your mind, explore with the ancestors who have gone before.  

Watch your thinking - over a period of time e.g. a week, ask yourself why you are thinking what you are thinking.  This may seem complicated, but when you try it you start to distinguish between thoughts that derive from JAH and the rest that come from reactions to the past or ego (personal gain).

Make sure your space is not filled with bad spirits/people, know who you are letting into your space, you need to be able to relax somewhere in these times.  Spend time with positive people who are not looking to gain anything from you. It is better to be lonely than to be getting robbed.

Be organized - a cluttered living makes for a cluttered mind.

Health

If we are healthy we are at our most efficient state to do JAH's work.  Everything we eat, drink and breathe makes a difference to how we can perform in our work, whatever it is. The body needs rest and exercise.

• Stay away from anything unnatural, chemicals and synthetics.
• Mainstream foods are full of sugar, saturated fat and chemicals - their is no need for these things.
• Keep good sleeping habits, regular and for long enough - how do you feel today?
• Do you live a busy life?..too busy to visit friends & family, play with the children....too busy to read...then STOP IT!  This kind of life style is made by the devil to keep us occupied (occupation). 

Behavior

Your actions are JAH's action, so every little thing you do matters.  Think before every action whether it is in JAH's interest or does it derive from somewhere else?  Are you hurting anyone?

Body language is loud and clear - make sure you are expressing what JAH wants you to express.

What is the motivation for what you are doing...good or bad?

Money motivates most of what the world is doing at this time, DON'T GET TRAPPED!  As long as you have faith in JAH you will be provided for.

Ego is something that shouldn't be dealt with, if you have one, GET RID OF IT. If you are doing things to increase your ego it is not for JAH.

Language

'The tongue is as a two edged sword'

Know how much power what you say has, it means something to the person you are saying it to and also to yourself.  

• ALL swear words are negative and made to hurt, in our original Afrikan language, negative words and phrases do not exist.  
• ALL name calling is unnecessary, unless you are naming your child at birth.
• Remember when ever you are interacting with another human being, big or small, they belong to JAH and are very precious and powerful.

What kind of conversations do you have?

Talking about what is going on in other people's life is a definite road to destruction.  The devil loves gossip as it is judgmental and so goes against JAH's love for His children.  Who are we to say something is wrong or right with someone else? Check yourself first.

Do you allow other people enough space to say what they are thinking, it is a Devil trap to feel you are the only one with any knowledge.

Do you moan all the time?  This is very negative and affects everyone you project this on as well as yourself.  Don't damage JAH's children, He will not like it.

I and I know it is just so.
